Let’s Talk
Once we receive your details, we’ll schedule a phone consultation to discuss your design preferences, expectations, and financing options we offer. Open communication about your budget ensures we align with your vision and determine if we’re the right fit for your needs.
Get an Estimate
After reviewing your project details, we can provide a preliminary verbal estimate over the phone—no long waits. If the estimated range works for you, we’ll move forward with an on-site consultation to refine the details.
Note: Some projects may require additional analysis before providing an accurate estimate.

On-Site Consultation
Once we determine we’re the right contractor for your project, we’ll visit your home or site to finalize details, refine designs, and establish a construction agreement.
During this consultation, we will:
✔ Explore and prioritize design options
✔ Gather your feedback
✔ Confirm measurements and site conditions
✔ Outline the scope of work
✔ Discuss scheduling and payment plans
✔ Define the next steps
If everything aligns, we’ll schedule your project with a deposit or transition to a design-build process if needed.
A consultation fee of $75–$500 applies, depending on the project’s scope and complexity. However, this fee is waived if you move forward on the day of the consultation and is deducted if you proceed within 30 days.
